Currently get 30 days, wouldn’t take less than 25
Damn that is insane lol. I get 22 days of PTO each year, so probably wouldn’t settle for less than 15 days/3 weeks.
Right! I'm over here thinking 8 times 5 is 40, right!! Back in the day, as a recent grad I'd say 80 hours, 2 weeks of vacation is the minimum. Not sure how much they give nowadays. As an employee with years of work experience, I would hope for 3 weeks @ the least. Unlimited would be great! I do hear folks don't really take advantage of unlimited, but I would like to experience not having to count how many days I have left or would like to carry over.
I would probably be around 20 as my lowest number, it would have to be a good deal in other ways though. Depending on the other factors, I would consider it more, but taking less days would have to really be made up somewhere else, and not with some promise of more down the line eventually.
So you basically have one week of pay time off a year that doesn’t sound like a lot, but I know that it’s more than most people in customer service or retail get my job offers 10 days of PTO which is not enough I feel so I’m hoping to find a new job with better benefits, and more vacation time.
At least 3 weeks
I currently get 30 and honestly wouldn't want any less.
