It's pretty nice. You get paid and you don't have to work
Can only speak for the US firm. 15 days under Manager. Becomes 22 days after two years’ tenure or making Manager or higher. Can accrue up to 176 hours before you stop earning. All levels receive 10 additional paid holidays mostly coinciding with major holidays. Recently the firm has granted a few extra paid holidays at year end and over the July 4th holiday, usually tied to firmwide performance.
P1 isn't exactly correct, but close.
Below manager (or maybe it's under 3 years, I'm not sure) you accrue 15 days / 24 paychecks and you can hold a maximum of 22 days before you stop accruing. At manager and above (or post 3 years, idk) you accrue at a rate of 22 days / 24 paychecks
It’s after 2 years that you earn 22 days/year for those below manager.
Unlimited sick days although more than 5 consecutive days should be short term disability
10-13 paid holidays
Health insurance are low/middle/high deductible plans through UHC
Should get a brochure from friend or recruiter for deets
Per expense
