Hi Fishes, I l'm about to get offer of 10 LPA from Yash Technologies as an SAP ABAP Consultant, YoE - 3.7. any feedback on Yash Technologies in terms of Learning and work ?? and how much can I expect take home Salary?

Me: I've been working 14 hr days non-stop.
Employer: We've all been working hard. It's a tough time for the industry.
Me: It's not sustainable and I'm burning out. I need help.
Employer: Totally get it. We are understaffed so we need you to be flexible about taking on more responsibilities.
Me: If I'm taking on more responsibilities, would my compensation be able to reflect that increase?
Employer: It's tight this year. Economy/pandemic etc.
Me: I'm leaving.

I work in healthcare administration but was a medic for years. You learn so much about innovation but seems like most health systems just want people to fall in line and just do what's always been done. Hi All, I have an urgent query regarding TCS BGC process. My issue is that I have worked in X, Y and Z companies.
In X company I worked for 26months but my pf account is there for last 13months, before that my salary was very low so sometimes I got salary in hand or in pay cheque. I do have salary account statement for most of the months except 3-4 months in between my tenure. Will I face any issue for this?

I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies. Right now, I wanted to make a switch to Aviation, Aerospace or Defense company. I’m in Texas, specifically Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
