I've found that clients with catastrophic injury and death cases are usually the easiest clients and the ones with minor injuries from fender benders are the absolute worst. Probably because the former are too busy dealing with their life altering situations to worry about calling their attorneys every two minutes, while the latter have more time to nit pick everything their attorney does even though they know nothing about the legal process.
