Anyone recruiting back to work candidates ? 5+ years Business analyst looking for a job after 5 years gap..

Hi Fishes,

Is there a minimum tenure that one has to serve in ZS to ask for office transfers? (within India)

And how often do they get accepted and the general sentiment by the management when one asks for it?

Assuming that my team works from Pune (and i like the job scope) but would like to relocate to Bangalore office (hometown) once the team stabilizes and processes are in place.

Would love to talk with you on DMs if you have any experience similar to this.

TIA!

Faced this weird behaviour from Optum recently. Gave interview for Data Scientist position. HR said feedback is positive. Asked for documents. It's been month now since I have shared the documents. I have no update on the offer. Today I called HR, she called me back saying the position is on hold due to recalibration in team, She has shared interview feedbacks to other teams and will get back to me in couple of days. I am clueless now. My last working day is approaching (In a month). Any Help??

I studied journalism and I had one professor who always talked about how ethic we should be in order to pick the news to write about.

Hi everyone,
I am about to graduate as a programmer (software engineer) but throughout my studying years i hated coding and every time i force my self to like i end up hating it more.
That's why i want to have a job in the IT industry but with no coding.
Any recommendations?? I was thinking some like project management 🤔
