I'm serving Notice period and last date shall be 13th May 2022. Can someone help me understand if the bands and compensation isn't release by that date, will that be adjusted in full and final settlement?? If so, what about the components, which all shall be credited in that FFS?

Agencies /companies often lobby to get their “star” people on them. It also helps if you personally know the people creating the lists.
Agencies buy those for their employees.
Seems like publicized favoritism - every agency leadership’s favorite people. More around internal popularity/politics than actual merit or output unfortunately imho. Worked with some of these “star” employees who are good at playing the game, but actual performance was meh/average.
C1 i think for creatives it’s more meritocratic since the work speaks for itself. I’ve seen some less than great non-creative folks get spotlighted because they are good at internal politics / self-promotion
I was a Forbes 30 Under 30 many years ago. I nominated myself in a post-breakup rage because my ex told me, among many other things, that I wasn't serious about my career because I was willing to put our relationship first.
I'm not saying the work I was doing was a total sham, but that should tell you just how rigorous the nomination process is. It's all meaningless and a way for these publishers and trades to maintain relevance.

You aren't going to make it on a list without the proper achievements or being behind work that performed really well PR wise. It's all about the story and the "proven" business win.
Maybe but not as egregious as these things. These are straight up bought ads
