Oh, I meant errday
You could probably wean yourself off of the chocolate slowly (around two weeks of decreasing your intake day by day, and the headaches will disappear) in favor of healthier or fewer snacks—make sure you're eating a solid lunch every day, then eating a small bag of kettle corn and a fun-sized chocolate bar or bag of M&Ms in the middle of the afternoon could be enough snacking to tide you over till dinner. I have a sugar/snacking problem too and actually lost weight doing exactly this!
At ~least~ start by not keeping a binge-able amount of chocolate at your desk.
I don't snack. I'm still fat. I should start snacking.
Replace it with green tea.
*Every day. Two words. It's amazing how many professionals don't know this.
Just replace it with healthier but still tasty snacks. Almonds, wasabi peas, fruit, etc.
Green tea and increase your protein intake. If you are craving sugar, it's often a sign that your body needs protein.
Almonds are shit. Everybody needs to stop acting like they're the diet cure for everything. Fuck off with your bland seeds.
