When trying to win uneducated hearts and minds, avoid trigger words such as fascist, bourgeois, “free” and anything that makes you look smarter and patronizing.

Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.

I recently had an initial interview for a technical recruiter position. The guy on the phone stated that this is not a 9-5 job and long hours are expected. When they lay people off, they often keep things quiet because it will "effect morale". But the firing itself is what effects morale. Being secretive about it undermines respect and harms morale more.
