Extremely burnt out on management and lowkey considering quitting to go back to a mid-level/supervisor. How terrible is this idea? Is it even doable? I don’t care about a pay cut, I just miss being able to put in headphones and not care about other people’s problems.

Historically, my husband and I have filed our own taxes since they were somewhat simple (we live in TX so no state taxes). I am a CPA, but I don’t specialize in tax matters or keep up with the constantly changing rules. We received quite a bit of income through distributions we recieved as LPs in an LLC (taxed like partnership) in 2020 & want to hire a tax CPA that specializes in it, but we have no idea where to even start or HOW to find someone. How does everyone find their tax CPA?
