When I was a college intern, my middle-aged male boss developed feelings for me. He confessed this to me a few years after my internship had ended. I'd considered him a mentor, so I was shocked.

But a male friend said developing feelings or being attracted to colleagues—whether at the same level, jr, or sr—is common. But something about this feels off.

Is this true for women? I've found colleagues attractive, but I've always checked myself and stopped those feelings b/c it's unprofessional.

I have a student who only comes to school two days a week and then only for 1 hour. He tells me I have to pass him so it doesn't matter. This is very frustrating. I knew this student hates school and often states he is stupid. I just do my best to encourage him. Build confidence. Any ideas to encourage him more? By the way, taking to his parent does nothing.

A long post: seeking some perspective. My husband of 2 years that I’ve been in a relationship with for more than 8 years just woke up one day and told me that he’s unhappy in our relationship. Which do you use (if any estate planning) and why? Recently talked with a layer on getting a will and they are trying to steer me to a trust.

Demographics for ref: 30, live in GA, unmarried, no kids, no real estate (yet, planning to buy after market cools). I don’t envision I’ll amass a ton of physical assets over my life so really just need to say where my various $ accts go (401k, pension, IRA, etc)

Trust cost was $2,900. Didn’t give price for will.
