When people say that you should "improve your listing quality," what are they referring to exactly? Is it the quality of the pictures, or is it something less superficial than that? I've been finding it hard to rent out one of my rental properties, and even though the pictures look fine to me, I've been told by people that my listing needs to be better. Would love to get your insights on this.

But they feel that without multiple people in a sales department the title head of sales might not be the best title. I have input in what my updated position title and salary would be.
