Good reasons to tag your teammates, production partners (e.g. director, production, company, etc:
- More people will see your work, especially if you’re tagging people more senior, with different connections, who work at different agencies, etc.
- If someone is looking at another person’s book or reel in the future, and is googling around, they’ll find your project and learn that you worked on it!
- It makes you look like a team player

Good reasons not to:
- i can’t think of any, sorry

creatives i know typically tag their creative partner(s), SOMETIMES CDs or ACDs, director and DP (or photographer) and 1-2 post-houses if the post work was extensive. Often at least the editor and sometimes Vfx. Imo no reason to tag strategy or account

Does this ever happened with anyone that your interview went very good and then also you got rejection mail from hr and unable to understand what when wrong. The same thing happened with me yesterday for coinswitch data engineer profile. Solved all the questions and actually gave some suggestions also , but today got rejection mail.😂😂
