Hi guys :) Glad to join fishbowl and this community. Guys I have an offer of 14.41 ctc from a big 4 (11 is fixed).
Technology-Microsoft Dynamics 365(I am a functional consultant in SCM and HR; Relevant exp: 3 yrs & Total exp: 4 yrs).
My interviews in IBM are done and I am waiting for the salary discussion with HR.
What is the likely offer that I am going to get? Any idea? (My expectation is 16.5 lpa ctc). I will adjust my expectations as per replies here.
Any response is highly appreciated :)

McKinsey & Company Hey folks!
Was wondering what sort of life sciences projects does usually the Boston Consulting Group and McKinsey & Company take on?
Commercial, access and pricing, M&A, transformation, implementation? (all of them perhaps?)
Basically, what would someone with an LS background be mainly working on in these firms on a day-to-day basis?
Thanks!
Bain & Company Is it truly easier to get in a smaller MBB office?
Have heard a lot for different opinions on these. The logic is that it’s easier because there is a lot of supply in cities like NY, Chicago and SF, but the counter argument is that the offices with less supply are also way smaller and have a lot less demand.

I would say that all large offices are popular. Headcount targets are going to be largely proportional to size (we need to replace people more than we need to grow). In the US our largest offices would be Boston, NYC, Chicago, SF. I'm assuming the same for McKinsey and BCG.
I would avoid offices like NYC, Boston, and SF and think about offices like ATL, Chicago, and Dallas. The latter are still large offices but less demand from students at top ivy’s
Bain has a local staffing model so less likely. McKinsey has the least local staffing so most likely. BCG somewhere in the middle?
This is for campus recruiting, at a target on west coast
Anecdotally it appears easier to get an offer from a new, smaller office
Was still a top MBA program so it’s not like they weren’t qualified, but they had better success there then applying to other cities
