This is to inform that I have been selected in Amdocs as software developer for pune, my current ctc is 13.4 with total 6 years of IT experience in my home city.

In HR call asked for 20 LPA, should have gone

for bigger number than this or this ctc is ok.

Also does Amdoc offer wfh?, as HR says till december only wfh is there, after that office will begin.

How is the career in Pursuits in any Big 4? Does it pay as good as core consulting work? How is the work life balance? I want to make a shift from client chargeable work to BD work for better work life balance. Is it worth switching?

Would it be practical to look for an apartment 10-15 kms away if the office location is Marathahalli?
Location of choice would be hebbal, thanisandra, avalahalli and other similar ones.

I was kind of forced to get out of retail when the pandemic hit so my only option at the time was to jump in to real estate as I already had my license. Hey Protiviti and friends of Protiviti. New hire MD here and excited to partner with you all. Let’s get this site more active. I genuinely appreciate the good / bad / ugly we get here. What’s your current view on your career and why?

Where the PROs at? What other bowls are you all in? I will go first: consulting bowl and consulting memes.

Any thoughts on what the 'full' transition to hybrid will look like? Do you think showing up in-person to the office would be required even if the client isn't requesting it? I'm planning on staying WFH for as long and as much as possible and getting concerned about some of the emails we've been getting about the future of hybrid work at PRO.

For the Protiviti fishes, were you onsight before Covid? I keep seeing jobs that say the roles with Protiviti are hybrid. Do you think the company will eventually move away from remote? A recruiter reached out to me but couldn't answer my question about remote now or in the near future. It was very vague.
