Current ctc :18 fixed + 2 variable
tack: spring boot, java(certified java 8), spring cloud, microservices, angular, rdbms, aws practitioner certified
YOE: 9
YOE relevant: 4

I used to dot net dev, had a server deployment role, then into etl database testing and finally got an opportunity for full stack dev. I have even led small teams and been scrum master

Does past matter?
How much can I aim for in my next jump??
Any resources to prepare for it?

Please help!! Having an offer from Cts for 12 lpa(11.5 F) in Kolkata. Another offer from Credit Suisse Pune 13.6 Lpa F. I want to understand whether I will get a project as per my tech stack in CTS. I interviewed for tcs for SAP function Consultant and cleared technical as well as managerial round on same day. Next day I received mail from HR that I have been shortlisted and require to submit all the documents.
My CCTC is 21 LPA ( 19 fixed) and I put my expectations as 27 LPA (30 percent hike on Current CTC), YOE- 5.8 years till now and then need to serve 3 month NP ( till joining 6 years)
