Hi All, what is the process for id card as a new joiner in CTS

I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Or should I stay in Audit and wait for B4 Forensics positions to open up? Please let me know your thoughts!

I’ve been working as a management consultant for 3 years in London across a range of industries. For the last 1.5 yrs I’ve been internal environmental lead. I created our sustainability strategy, tracked carbon emissions, applied for B Corp, set up company campaigns and currently looking at SBTI.
