While I realize pay varies in our world pretty wildly by geography I think there should be some kind of standard for account managers for P&C based on the revenue of the book that you're managing. If you are managing book that is around 375k in revenue, the producer gets 30% commission- in your opinion what is a fair salary for the account manager? Would love details on how/why you came to your number!

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I work for a specialized group in my litigation group and have had a wonderful experience and really respect and appreciate my boss, the co-chair of this specialized group.
