After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

Here I'll give you what you came here for. Yes, the person who's job it is is the person who is supposed to do it...
What part of billing are you asking about? Time entry? Prebill/invoice prep? Reviewing prebills/invoices? Sending to client?
Why isn't the trust amount on the prebill?
Depends on the law firm (I've seen it done 3 different ways.) All time entries should be done by the attorney (or legal assistant then reviewed for errors by the attorney). WIPs should be ran by the accountant or office manager (some law firms combine the roles) - this shows all the clients that are to be billed and what, if multiple attorneys are on one client the most junior attorney should be looking at their entries first, then the most senior finalizes/approves everything and gives the WIPs back to the accountant/office manager for final billing. Accountant/office manager sends out bills (one law firm a few attorneys wrote notes on WIPs to hold back a bill so the attorney could write a personal note to the client first.)
Thank you
Okay there's been no directions or feedback from managing partner.
Time entry, prebill and invoices all delegated to paralegal and associate to send out to clients.
Again, that's something that you need to discuss internally.
Validation doesn't mean anything if firm management has a different point of view.
The managing partner works part-time and tries to delegate almost everything.
