Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?

Agree. Been asking for credit card pin going on 7 months now. Still nothing. 😔 I gave up after 5 call. No apology or further explanation besides it’s on its way.
My friends have had good things to say about Amex. I'm actually about to jump over because Chase Reserve has been failing at an epic level on all fronts for me. For example, fraud charges made it through but they blocked me every time I went on travel even after we have "straightened things out" on multiple calls. Also, for all issues, they keep asking me to call the vendors, airlines, and other folks myself. Awesome service.
M1, I’ve had terrible service with Chase as well. Movers breached contract and delivered my things 14 days after the end of our contracted window, so I disputed the final $350 charge with Chase.
"Well the items were eventually delivered, so the charge is valid”
WTH!? Clear breach of contract, and I have $105K in cc spend with Chase this year, and they don’t do anything. Amex is much better on this front
