I have joined Capgemini on 29 april , but I got opportunity in UST Global and my joining is on 27 of may I dont want to continue in capgemini, I informed manager he told me 3 months notice period for that u can apply for loss of pay but of will be deducted, and ust global will come to know about it. All the mentioned companies will end up charging you a similar fee to what EY may consider. They first lowball and, in the middle of the deal, reach out to say they have reached their budget due to some unforeseen issue and charge you extra. At this stage, what are you supposed to do, find someone else? Depending on the deal size and scope, I can recommend smaller accounting firms that will keep the fee quoted in line with your budget. Feel free to DM for recommendations if interested.

This is absolutely incorrect. Many firms charge less than the big 4, with their firms and processes all designed better to fit the LMM/MM deal size.

RSM seems to be better in my experience, but I don’t have a big sample size.
I would still try to get a quote from EY though, maybe an ambitious SM will be willing to take lowball fees for his / her partner case lol
Then will just jack the fees 6 months later
Avoid RSM if it all possible, we are behind in terms of using digital tools for insights
What was unclear about that ? - BDOs deliverables looked a lot better but thats the only other MM I’ve seen (altho I’ve seen multiple from them)
