Why Barlcays doesn’t give door to door cab? It’s cost the same. Barclays needs to understand that their competitors is giving door to door cab .. UBS, BNY etc.. and there’s no too much difference in salary as well that people won’t switch.

I have below 2 offers.
Optum (grade 27)-32.8lpa (Fixed - 26.2, pf - 1.26, variable - 5.25) + 2lacs JB
JPMC(grade 602) - 25lpa (pf - 90k)
I am more interested in joining JP. But there seems to be a big difference in CTC. There is no variable mentioned in JP offer but probable12% bonus.
Which one is a better choice. Will JP revise my CTC. How and when to approach them and what's least I settle for. Joining date is 14th Sept for both.

I got offer from TCS in February and accepted the offer letter.
My BGC is done.

But my current company (Capgemini) is retaining me with the same package tcs offered. I also got one more offer from cognizant also , which is little bit higher than tcs ans Capgemini.

Can someone please let me know now if i am not joining TCS are they going to blacklist my candidature. Or can i apply in TCS again.

Also please suggest should i get retained or join new company ( TCS / CTS).

Wipro - 7.40 fixed+ 0.6 variable for B2 band and role administrator

I went to Accenture HR and asked to revise the offer so that i can join them and provided screenshot of compensation part of wipro offer letter.
Now Accenture HR is asking me to provide the full offer letter. What i have to do in this case?

I have a question. I work as an assistant manager been a manager for a while worked for the company for 6 years. I know crew gets paid a dollar less than me yet a do a lot ( its part of my job ) I asked for a raise I was told wait 3 months. Waited I asked again was told I needed to do this this and that. HELP! I’ve been contacted by a small private security firm who wants me to be their “on call” counsel. They describe it as a lot of contract review, drafting NDAs, etc. but also being there if/when they need to license a vehicle, defend civil suit, etc. It’s overwhelming but sounds like a really great opportunity.
