So, I recently joined a new company. They have put me to a project which I have no knowledge, no skill there.

I'm new, project is new, no one to give KT.

What I'm a supposed to do?

Former client( filed a bar grievance that was dismissed, sent me a demand letter that an attorney responded to on my behalf, and filed a BBB complaint against my non-BBB law firm) has now pro se filed a lawsuit against me in small claims court. Alleging misrepresentation, failure to file a lawsuit, and failure to advise during the process. I have phone logs, emails, and billing notes (all of which she has) that show she’s lying. Should I notify my malpractice carrier? All advice appreciated!

I started working this year after my master in a European office. I don’t have a focus related to my specialty. I am being staffed to a project that doesn’t seem bringing me more skills except the soft skills. I started looking for new opportunities in the market, but I suffered from being rejected. So embarrassed. I literally had one job to do today which was to schedule a client and give and take her paperwork when she came in. Totally called her by the wrong name today AND gave her the wrong paperwork. She was really nice about it but I feel like my boss was disappointed and I'm disappointed in myself. I wish someone would create a book entirely on copywriting or art direction daily exercises that train us juniors or students to get better since creativity is a muscle. Sure, hey Whipple or the ad concept book do have some exercises, but I want more exercises that are bit more structured.

I would definitely pay money for that book.
