Why fresher will face so much stress, everyone wants experienced person, we only have 2 choices either sales or call centre. I am applying from more than 2 months but no vacancies is there for accountant. Now I am very frustrated with this.. I don't know what to do. My expenses is so much but no source of income.

For in-house counsel roles, does firm prestige matter? For example, would the fact that an applicant is from Sullivan & Cromwell vs, say, White & Case matter at all, or is it much more about experience/interview? I have given interview in LTI on 20th August which was pull campus so L1,L2 and HR all three rounds over on same day and I was told in HR round only that you are Final Selected. I got documents submission mil on 22nd August and I submitted it, But till now(2nd September) I have not got any mail for offer letter. How much time it will still? Can anyone help me on this?
