Why is it so hard for companies to hire someone who has certifications of the specific job they’re applying for, hire them on. Regardless whether they’re walking or wheelchair bond. I don’t understand, most companies say they “aren’t against any disabilities,” physically or not but doesn’t want to hire anyone with them. Help me understand
