Why is the resourcing so bad in EY India?
We've got 1 fresher as the only technical resource on 1 track/entire model, if you have more than 6 months of experience then you're expected to own 2 tracks/models

As a result the entire practice is full of inexperienced, panicked people putting in late nights and begging older people (those who have close to 1 year of experience) for help. Is it like this in other places too or am I in a unique spot? Bonus is around the corner but I wanna quit already

2-after that interview went very well
3 - hr discussion with salary , ready to initiate my offer in 2 hr
But she called me in a minute on Friday and told me that you need to give the test again.


After 3 days on monday -today
Someone called me from hr and told me you have to appear for all the things again.

I had a great review and a 5.5% raise and a great bonus at my company. But I also got a new Director and a peer manager of mine left the company, so I will be absorbing her team. In addition, my director said I will be receiving 'deep delegation' from them. I don't mind more work, but deep delegation is a new term I've never heard. What does that mean lol?

How can I filter for just these records? If it didn’t crash excel I could concat into one column, Conditional format for duplicates, and sort by color. What’s a work around?
