ZS 🐠 - I have 3 YOE in LS consulting, currently a C and was up for SC this year but promos were rejected across my entire group. Looking at some roles at ZS and curious what level would be reasonable for me to “lateral” to given I’m performing as an SC but my job title is still C 😒. Bonus points if you have insights into the value & access group (WLB, comp, projects, hate your peers, etc.). Thanks!

I graduated with a degree in Business in 2018. I’m planning to pursue a Masters in Engineering (likely will pair with MBA) and have been taking the required pre-reqs over the last year from community college.

Another "we are having a baby" day from friends. I used to get very excited for everyones babies but I think its taking a huge toll on me now. Instead of being happy for them I cried. Currently working in-house 100% remotely. I have joined lti as a lateral.
After joining they have asked me to collect laptop from office. When i went, the laptop was not in a great condition and was refurbished. I am guessing it was used almost 3 to 4 years before me.

I asked them for a new laptop and they said they dont have new laptop in stock, i even checked with my manager she said she is also using refurbished laptop so no problem.

Anyone else faced this problem earlier?. If yes how did you act on it?
