I gotta say, quarantine sucks but it made me realize I can cook my own damn steaks instead of dropping $$ for them at restaurants. All most of them do is salt and cook it. Would rather make a quick and cheap version of red wine reduction and happily eat my favorite meal.

My life went way off the rails in my early 20s but I reigned myself in somehow.
