Will Tibco will cancel my offer if one of my experience is not having a reliving in this my PF was not debited and that company was in my internship and training period .?


Out of 3 comapnies other 2 are good to go but 1st company where i was intern they didnt provided me the reliving

How do I get a job as a Mechanical Engineer if I dont have experience?

I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. I’ve been mostly just doing CAD for a company for the last year by creating minimally dimensioned drawings and moving parts around in assemblies. I want to evolve in my career and be doing more.
