With 15+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting and analytics experience, is a CTC of 50 LPA reasonable or high if one aims for pharma companies like BMS, Amgen, Eli Lilly, Novartis etc.?

I was offered a high net worth client associate position with fidelity. I have never worked in a call center environment.

I got offer from one MNC and now they are saying I have to join them one week earlier than actual date. The situation is my current company is not allowing me to go one week before. They are like work will get hamper. Any suggestions what should I do in this situation?

I’m currently thinking of investing my time to start preparing for GMAT. Any starting points or strategies to follow, even mentioning study material to use could be of great help.
