any insight into how a pmm skillset is different from a brand strategist one? of course the pmm applies insights to and influences the product, but it seems like a lot of the core elements - research, understanding the user, generating insights, developing messaging and angles to speak to them, etc are super similar. interested in transitioning and I want to understand where my gaps are!

Has anyone just taken a break from work without anything lined up? Every offer I’ve gotten wants me to start in a month and with 2 weeks notice that leaves me only 2 weeks to recharge. I have an offer Tech Mahindra and I joined the yesterday that is on 22nd, TechM all onboarding process is done. The Tech Mahindra is about to ship the laptop to my home location.

Now I got one more offer with better package.
1. Now can I reject the Tech Mahindra and join the new venture?
2. Will Tech Mahindra take some actions or blacklist me in their database?

Facing an odd problem. When I had no offers in hand, and was expecting salaries in the range of 18 - 20 LPA, I was getting lots of interviews. Now that I have offers in hand north of 25 LPA, I am not being shortlisted for interviews. Should I hide the offers in hand, quote expected as before and negotiate post interviews in HR round?
