With deep regret, I say this after 1 year 10 months as a CMT Associate (L2) at Amazon. The job feels thankless, monotonous, and exhausting. Endless workload, unrealistic targets, constant shift changes during sales, and only ₹18k salary. Almost no growth or very less promotion opportunities. It feels like pure misuse of manpower where hard work is taken for granted and employees feel undervalued and stuck.
