How is the SAP consumer market practice at PwC?
Hello RSM coworkers! I am thrilled to be moving to RSM into a Scheduler roll. I just found out yesterday and want to be as prepared as possible in the next steps.
So here are my questions.
How long does the background study take? I'm guessing admin staff have a study that is faster and less complicated than someone in Tax ect.
When training at home what did you need that wasn't supplied by RSM? My home office is well stocked but I want to be as prepared as possible.
Thanks in advance!

This is very much an employer's market. There are a lot of people looking for work, and there aren't that many openings. So the employers have the advantage. They can be selective and they can make lowball offers, knowing that someone who really needs a job will accept it.
That sucks! I was hoping there was some negatives their side too.
It's not bad for them at all. They DO hold all the cards. When unemployment is widespread and people are desperate, companies are able to hire cheap. That's why you see all the laughably low salaries on job listings.
Yeah I guess I am seeing that more and more, how do we change it)
This is a normal job market
Looks like it!
I think it depends on who you ask. I'm sure employers would say that it's not exceptionally good or bad. But it does seem like they are the ones who hold all the cards right now.
That kinda sucks, makes this bowl all the more valuable though I guess.
They have their pick!
That sucks!
I think employers are holding all of the cards. I wonder how long this will last…feels like it has been a year now with no signs of it shifting
Hopefully it’s starts to shift soon but I’m not seeing any signs currently
