With the government increasing the tax-exempt limit for meal allowances, does anyone know if Deloitte plans to revise the current meal card allocation limit of ₹2,200 per month?

Will employees be given an option to allocate a higher amount toward meal benefits to take advantage of the updated tax rules? Would appreciate any insights from HR or colleagues who may have heard about upcoming changes.

I need help figuring out if I’m being underpaid. I’m working in real estate private equity and I focus on fund models and property valuations. I’m currently at base $80k and 20% bonus. On top of that I have 5 years experience and a masters in finance. I’m good at my job and receive positive reviews from everyone.
