With this new jan-dec appraisal policy, i understand there will be no arrears for 3 months jan-march as appraisal applicable from April month salary. This is causing 3 months arrears loss at some point.

Staffed on a team right now that is an SM, M, and me. I find that the SM and M spend 90% of their time doing other things and I am left to deliver our project work. On the one hand, I am okay with this because I am capable of doing it. On the other hand, I’m tired of doing all the work myself and having no one to even bounce ideas off of. I don’t mind driving the work, but I don’t want to do ALL of it. Would be great to have more input from my leads, junior staff to help out, or both.

It's almost as if people don't want to be in offices anymore so that's why it's difficult for them to fill those roles.
Sidenote: recruiters, you can see on my LI profile that I'm remote. In the "What jobs are you interested in" field you can see I'm only interested in remote roles.
