Hi guys ,
I am in a US project in Accenture. We have long calls in the night timings. My other teammate has backed out saying she won't attend any calls as she got some medical condition so she won't attend long calls which extend till 9:30.Other teammate is a junior. The managers are expecting me to join all the calls. No help I am getting. And they all being Tamil, I think some partiality is going on between them.Even our onsite lead is of no use.She expects me to attend long calls.
What should I do .pls suggest?

Thank you all for your patience. I do appreciate it. It turns out having a side project while running multiple proposals is a trifle challenging. That said. I’m posting a first subset of the rawish data. In all close to 500 people took the survey, but a majority were from the Big Four. Here is the data from Deloitte, EY, KPMG, and PWC. Insights to come! https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/u/0/d/1lN6JrxQfvA_MC4XFZ38G0ppQkBuxRv9mf88Y8NE2X2U/htmlview

Saw this at a bargain store today

Interviewed at Deloitte, PwC and EY for Advisory Senior Consultant role. Deloitte offered $105K (plus $5K bonus), PWC offered $127K (plus $15K bonus) and EY offered $155K (plus $10K bonus). Surprised with the difference in pay between Deloitte & EY for same role. Is Deloitte Advisory paying less compared to other firms? 4.5YOE in Consulting.

Same boat for last two engagements, what helped is that I would schedule meetings with them throughout the week for alignment. Some of them were ad-hoc meetings as well.
This is exactly my life. It's exhausting. To boot their "contribution" is often agreeing unrealistic deadlines across multiple projects without asking or considering who will actually deliver the work
Email them to bounce ideas off of them anyway? If they don’t respond, follow up with them. I would imagine that they would respond to your follow up email.
Also helpful to direct the email to one of them and cc the other. You get a better response rate (usually)
Can you bounce ideas or courses of action off of your client teams? If done well, it could build rapport and get you a lot of client recognition. I don't know the specifics of your work so my suggestion might not be applicable.
Do you have a stand up with them to make sure you are getting their input?
We have daily stand-ups that are often cancelled, moved, or co-opted. And when I schedule working sessions to work on larger deliverables, the same thing happens. They feel like I’ve got things handled, which is great, but it’s tiring.
