Larsen & Toubro Infotech Is it good time to join Cognizant now for Coimbatore location considering too much attrition in recent times along with many policy changes and do they have enough projects or will there be any chance of layoffs if we don't find any projects for our skill(Tableau in my case)? I have another offer with LTI, Coimbatore for same salary but i prefer CTS more than LNT. Cognizant Larsen & Toubro Infotech
Hey Fishes,
Require urgent suggestions
I will be joining Oracle Financial Services Software(OFSS) and I am worried about job security considering the layoffs that will be happening in Oracle as per below link:
https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.crn.com/news/cloud/oracle-considered-1b-in-cuts-thousands-of-layoffs-report&ved=2ahUKEwjv0Lyb3-34AhX29zgGHZGqBBYQ0PADKAB6BAgEEAE&usg=AOvVaw0c9Bz3n-mb4BhVdPKvIXnE
Require suggestions on whether it would be a wise call to move to OFSS now.
YOE - 7 yrs
Currently in TCS with 13 LPA

Yes you are being underpaid. 85k is now considered entry level. I recently left Abbvie— but I happened to speak with Amgen as I was exiting and they were offering 110 base for a rep with 4 years experience. I would recommend getting an offer from another pharma company and bringing it to your management to ask for a raise. Best of luck!
What is your experience level? what specialty are you in?
4 years sales experience, 1 year pharma sales specifically
I wonder the same thing as an inside sales rep, I’m a level 1 and my base pay is 55k with the potential of making 12k in commission a year. But commission pay structure sucks where I’m at because it’s on a ranking system, so it doesn’t matter how hard you work, it’s about how many scripts you have, so someone can have just one more script than me and get paid hundreds more. Or someone can have less scripts as me and get paid the same amount. Plus level 2s and 3s, get paid more base and in commissions for doing the EXACT SAME job. No additional responsibilities.
Hello,
I am in the same boat. I work for a secondary, 100% remote, base is $45K and bringing in additional $1,500-$2,000 a month in commission, OTE $63K-$70K?
I’m only on my second year and a pretty solid performer, but yea seems like should be better. If it wasn’t for the pretty decent PTO (3.5 weeks + 9 federal holidays) and the ability to be 100% remote with no travel then I would jump ship
Which specialty. And is the drug specialty injectable or filled through retail pharmacy?
