I have an interview coming up at the end if the week for a process chemist position. The company site is a bit bare since it's a new company. What would be the best way to prepare? What types of interview questions do you feel almost always come up and tips on answering them?

Does Amazon has coding round for every engineering job?
For example for embedded software engineer role am I expect to code tree or graph problems especially if I belong to electronics domain?Or will they ask from traditional embedded domain only like SPI,I2C,UARY,RTOS,C etc

YOE: 11.5 Tech: QA Automation with Selenium-Java, BDD, API automation, Mobile Automation - Perfecto cloud, Appium. All the 11 years I am with automation only. I'd like to be in the design industry (Graphic Design or UI UI Design). Currently I am freelancing in my spare time. My question to Design professionals is: how feasible will the switch be? Will I be accepted as an intern/junior designer in my early 30s?

Any tips for moving up in a medium/large-sized legal department, aside from switching companies? I work in a collegial environment with plenty of opportunities to create more value, but the management level is fairly crowded and it seems the clearest path to get one of those roles is to be hired into it. How recession-proof are in house roles in finance (e.g., hedge funds, PE firms, etc.), especially when newly lateraling from Big Law?

Should I leave my first permanent job as a team leader of 4 DPs in a FMCG business (only been there for 4 months) to join a huge Tech business for a 12months contract?

They offer me 60% more money than my permanent role. Circa 2000 dollars every month in my pocket

However, I am worried if I accept the tech role and I do not become permanent I will be looking again for a job in 12-24 months and my CV won't be showing a managerial position. Won't be showing any progress.

How long do y’all like resume bullets to be? I know to keep them to 1-2 lines and to keep the resume to 1 page but I’m conflicted about how to balance details vs white space. I’m in product and see some resumes with bullets averaging 5-10 words that state “Manage roadmap for $200mm product” while others use ~20 words per bullet and highlight product info, process, or impact in a bit more detail.
