They showed you who they are. Believe it. No title fixes a toxic culture.
If I left over toxic culture, that is something I couldn’t deal with while I was there, then it would be an issue in my return. Now, if something has been done that fixed that, I could consider it.
I would consider it, especially if they seemed willing to address any complaints I had about working for them initially. 20K is a lot of money and jobs aren't easy to come across in this job market.
Hmmm this is tricky. If there’s a way you can get an insider scoop somehow to hear if the business has improved, I think that would be wise. And also if you think this new position will benefit your long-term career somehow then maybe it’s worth pursuing.
A raise and new title is presented from a former agency I used to work for.
If they want you back you probably did a great job!! It seems to me that the money,New title, New position should have been yours all along.
The company in my opinion new your worth all along. Just being cheap or DGAF. After standing your ground now you can see the picture clear.
The Entertainment industries have changed drastically over the years. Now all you need is a solid plan and a camera.......... You are obviously great at what you do or no promotion offerd by agency especially after you quit.
Work tirelessly for yourself just like you did for the Agency and I guarantee you'll have better results than working for a toxic agency.
All the best
