Anyone use SmartAsset for leads? Any success?
Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I’ve been on a job hunt for about a year now and I’ve gotten nothing but entry level positions offered to me when I have 6yrs of experience and have done WAY more than any entry level position could ever offer. Every time I reach out when it’s something that interests me, they say I don’t have enough experience, don’t think my resume suits their criteria when it definitely does, or just get ghosted. I finally got something in the works and it’s a small company that has loyal employees. The toolroom is literally one guy and he’s looking to retire and I’d be his replacement after he trains me. Just had a phone interview last night and they said I sound like the perfect candidate and I did like you said and emailed my resume. I’ve got an in-person interview either today or tomorrow with their head hunter firm they go thru, then another interview with the company I’d be working for on Friday. I even had to look for my old one to complete a new one and gave it to them late and they were still understanding. Just some food for thought.
That sounds great. Good luck. I think you’ll get it.
It does some more promising to be send a resume by email. There's something kind of old school about it. The current hiring systems honestly seem totally broken, with AI bots making the first decisions. You have to wonder if great candidates are being canceled before a person even gets involved.

I just saw a position listed in the most refreshing way ever: They said they didn't want to see a resume because it's a lab job and you'd quickly be found out if you didn't have the background listed, so instead they said to just send an email explaining why you want the job!
I did and they got back to me promptly and it looks like an interview will happen later in the week.
ALL employers should use this model!!
DANG! That was fast. Interview tomorrow morning. I like these unconventional types.
I honestly haven't had a company ask for my resume to be sent via email. I would assume that it would be easier though. There probably aren't as many applicants as there are on places like LinkedIn.

I would think via email is better, I have no idea what is being screened out before even reaching a human. In my experience, a lot of recruiters don't even understand what the hiring manager wants, so how can they do the first sift.
