Assuming you’re interviewing with both, look into the CDs, ECDs/GCDs, and the brand(s) you’d be assigned and what they’ve done so far.

You could be at the most creative shop in the industry but be stuck with bonehead creative leads on a client that insists upon what they want. Likewise you could be at a slophouse but working as part of the brand team that actually does cool stuff.

Giant Spoon is probably better. I have colleagues who have enjoyed their time there. I've also heard it's a little bit more creative in general than the alternatives.

Sometimes I seriously think China is right to crack down and control the amount of time and types of entertainment access their citizens can have.
