That seems to be the norm now. You can look but at this point you should be happy with the 2 days remote as a lot of places are 4-5 days in office.
Man we are so soft now. You have no clue what it was like back in the day
People were also enslaved back in the day. Just cause it was that way waaay back then doesnt mean it made sense or that people should endure it now. You "i suffered, so I'm bothered by others who dont want to " folks are weird. It's like you grew older, but failed to mature in the ways that it matters.
Yeah, go look for another job. Good luck with fully remote, RTO/hybrid in 2026 (don't get me wrong, there still will be remote roles but less and less).
Yes, what does it hurt to look
Most companies are working on getting everyone back to the office full time. I’m sure everyone is seeing signs, RTO probably shouldn’t be the only thing to consider.
Being content sometimes is a blessing
If you're actually content, that's one thing. Forcing people to be content with something that is negatively impacting them is just you helping the master hold his whip.
Yes
I’m at office/client 3-4 days per week, but I also live in a small city where I’m 20 minutes from the client or office, so it’s not a crazy imposition.
