Nope. If I'm taking on additional responsibilities and more work, the pay needs to be increased too. A promotion in name only really doesn't interest me.

Not anymore. If you don’t advocate for yourself no one else will. You can’t feed your family with a title.
Yes because I’m going to leave a year after promotion anyway. I’m not expecting large monetary gains from an internal promotion.
No, I would not. What are they asking you to do that? I would feel undervalued and that means that they think you are capable of the work so you should research what the pay adjustment should be and ask for it
