As far as I know, from basic math, SP does not guarantee 100%
If 70% people got SP rating overall, if half of them got 110/120/130%, it means on the flip side there are remaining half in SP who would have got 70/80/90%. Overall bonus variability for sp is from 70-130%.
If bottom of SP is 100%, but it's possible to get 110,120,etc - this just doesn't make math sense. Not sure what fidelity exactly follows.
There is a concept called potential,
Each category they estimate the potential.
High
Medium
Low.
I feel they put in the SP-LOW category

why would someone with SP get more than 100% if it's just satisfactory performance? if SP can get upto 130, then how much can an EP get? also what does it take to reach EP?
Not sure about 130%, but I have got SP 110 in the past.
SP is a huge basket, which 70% of the people get i would assume. You can't give same bonus & hike for 70% of the people in a company. You'll have a range.
8-12% hike range for a mediocre year & 80-120% bonus ( can't have 100-120% bonus 🙂)

U should upgrade your bucketing skills it works very well in Fidelity honest performance u are thrown out Bucketersbootlickers are always promoted here check all the directors there #1 skill is bucketing
How's the average hike for SP has been this year?
Is it for high experience people or irrespective of it?
