ZS has never been fair to employees when they resigned. They are mistreated, overburdened, foul Play and deprived of bonus despite selflessly serving the firm for 12-14 hrs daily. While the alumni of other consulting firms help them acquire projects, the alumni of ZS resist business to ZS. It a ashame.
ZS should understand that functions like HR are cost centers and should not have a vote in matters of revenue centers. They intent is always to save few lakh Indian rupees, but they don't have the capability to understand how their actions are impacting million dollar projects. Giving too much powers to non-competitive entities, especially some narrow minded HR in Pune and HRBP in Delhi, is not good for the employees, our clients and the firm.
I'm an alumni of ZS at a senior position in a Pharma company. I'm sorry to say but these small incidents where HR makes it personal do have a impact. I won't be able to ignore ZS' mistakes in their work style nor help them get our projects.
There are many more like me. We served the firm honestly and tirelessly for years. But the HR easily betrayed us in the last few days with the firm.
