Our car wasn't keeping up with the hear. We had to get the air conditioner charged today-it is nice to drive around without sweating

We have been playing with water from the hose on the playground. The kids love it!
Ugh, I’m sorry your weather is not comfortable! We enjoyed a beautiful week of mid 80’s but it looks like we’ll be in the high 90’s next week. 🥵 I plan to walk the dogs and do a little weeding in the mornings and then work on indoor projects when it gets hot. I hope you get some relief!

That is my plan for the rest of the week. I haven't even planted my lettuce yet. Gonna try to get it in tomorrow, but I have a feeling it is going to have to stay on the front porch.
You can get some things done early in the morning before the heat steps in. Or delay some of your work after the heat wave passes on. It's hot here too: 99 degrees today!!! You can also try the later part of the summer evenings.

I went out early this morning, and it was a little better. My fence row looks like a beach resort, because I popped all four of our umbrellas up. ☂️
We are still in school. Kids have half days for exams. Teachers have full days. Some rooms have a/c. Mine does not. Office has pretty good a/c. It's over 95 degrees outside. Not sure my room temp: I call it miserable. I do what u have to and take frequent breaks

I cannot imagine how miserable that would be to sit in a room with no air.
Run errands early before the heat of the day hits and then stay inside during the worst of the heatwave. Finish any trips needed after it cools down a bit. Many stores open until 10PM here or even 24 hours.

I agree. My plan is to do yard work in the morning and then in the evening.

Today was still in the 90's, but the cooler breeze helped a lot. Plus I used my rechargeable fan. Very successful day, outside, and got a lot accomplished.
