I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. What can I do to improve myself on that? I feel like I screwed my chances for working at Google but how do I get strong at it as I really want to try again as the recruiter has been very vocal about putting me back in the process as it was the only round that Google wants to do again

Salam. 23M here - all my life I’ve had my back on our faith - never really prayed but had imaan (I guess). After bouts of depression from girl problems (🙄), issues within immediate family, being disappointed expectations I had for myself, etc. I’ve been working on bettering my situation over the years. I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful. Are you traveling during the pandemic or have client interactions been virtual? Lastly, if you are a consultant here, are you on billable hours? My current consulting role is not - so this would be new.
