I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. What can I do to improve myself on that? I feel like I screwed my chances for working at Google but how do I get strong at it as I really want to try again as the recruiter has been very vocal about putting me back in the process as it was the only round that Google wants to do again

Literally hate my job. Everyday it gets worse. They’re trying to make it better but it’s not. I’m waiting on a written offer, it’s been 2 weeks and nothing. I have interviews coming up. don’t think I can afford to quit. Especially with health insurance. Idk what I’m gonna do. I have a car loan to pay. Had a third interview with CEO of tech startup last week. Now the HR manager emails me saying she wants me to 'hop on a call' with the CFO tomorrow. I already interviewed with him for the second interview. I'm not sure what to expect, it doesn't make sense that I would have another interview with him but I'm not sure what else it would be.
