I was holding an offer of 27 lpa. when I shared it with Natwest HR , they offered a 25 lpa fixed with no mention of bonus or variable.
This felt a little lowballing given they didn't even match my holding offer.

in the meanwhile i got some better offers. Can i reach to HR with this for a counter offer. it doesn't feel like they will entertain . is there a chance of revoking offer if i approach them ?

I am in a confused state of mind with my current situation & I can surely use some advice from you guys.
