Anyone willing to refer an A2 in audit?
I have some doubt regarding pf contribution... Say for example.. 12% of my base salary is 600 which gets deducted from my salary.. on the flip side.. the company has to contribute 600 to my pf (which is actually deducted from my salary only like already part of CTC)?. So my question again is that.. the company contributes 600 as well? PwC

Carefully reviewing 100-plus applications isn’t feasible. That’s where the automation comes in. It’s frustrating, but that’s what we are up against. Do you think there is a better alternative? I do miss days when I could just talk to somebody and show I’m competent.
It's exhausting knowing that no matter how qualified you are, the first gatekeeper is usually some soulless algorithm parsing keywords instead of seeing the real person behind the resume. Those old school days of walking in, shaking hands, chatting with someone who could actually gauge your vibe and competence in 10 minutes? They feel like ancient history now. I miss that too; it felt more fair, more human.
Yes. Unless you know the "key" words for a job, you are out of luck. I have an excellent resume with good longevity at jobs bit I guess robots don't think thats important
Yes, I have been looking for 6 months after being downsized out of my recently acquired division.
The job market is tough with unemployment around levels seen during Covid times. Really unfortunate
You make a great point! It's frustrating to feel like applications are being processed by algorithms rather than real people. The quick rejection without thorough review can be disheartening, especially when you’ve put effort into your application. Many job seekers are experiencing similar frustrations, as the focus on efficiency sometimes overshadows the personal touch that can truly identify a candidate's potential.
It’s important for companies to remember that behind every application is a person with unique skills and experiences. Advocating for a more human-centered hiring process could benefit both employers and candidates. Sharing your thoughts and experiences can shed light on this issue and encourage change in the recruitment landscape!
It really does sting when you spend hours tweaking your resume, writing a thoughtful cover letter, and then... crickets, or worse, that instant like thanks but no thanks email that clearly never saw human eyes. Feels like you're shouting into a void sometimes.
