Hey all! I am representing Totango, a fast growing SaaS company building tools for the Customer Success industry.
Coming off their $100M raise last fall, they are looking to hire an Enterprise SE -- please reach out to me directly if interested!
You can find me easiest on linkedin: www.linkedin.com/in/michael-seiler/
I don't think it ever hurts to throw your resume out to a few companies here and there. You'll quickly realize just how much/little you are currently being valued and the pros/cons between roles. If you start to gain traction in outside interviews then you can try to leverage your offer for a higher salary
I agree with the first comment. My boss told me the best way to get a raise was to come to him with a higher offer letter. Depending on your relationship with your boss you can also express that you like the company but are essentially worth more and need more to stay motivated in your position.
At my previous company, I just scheduled a meeting with my boss and directly let him know that I wanted to make more money.
You will need to gather your accomplishments and justifications for why you think you deserve to make more (performing at the next level, industry standard, offer letter from another company, etc.).
If this doesn't work, or he gives you vague assurances, start looking for another job. Over 1 year is long enough in a new-grad role to ask for a raise. They're not going to fire you over it, so there's no downside.
